To the staff at Medilodge
My Grandfather, Raymond W Kramer, was under Hospice Care at your facility for just a few days in November of this year. My family and I were very pleased and impressed with your facility and the care he received. The rooms and entire facility was clean, inviting and having a pleasant aroma. The bed, furniture, wheelchairs and all the equipment was clean, operational and up to date. Most importantly we were impressed with kind, compassionate and positive care/interaction my grandfather received as a patient and we received as visitors. Personally, I would like to acknowledge CNA Charles Penny. His care and compassion was impressive and this fact put me and hospice nurses (names I cannot recall unfortunately) involved in his care who also provided excellent care and deserve recognition, and so we thank you! The care we received was most comforting during the final days/hours we shared with our grandfather before he went to be with the Lord.
